Michael Latala

Experience is a great teacher. Michael knows!

After graduating from the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Michael worked as a staff storyboard illustrator, first at DraftFCB, then at Ogilvy. After 15 years as a staff artist, he began to work freelance for Chicago’s top agencies, including DDB and Leo Burnett.

During his career, he produced thousands of storyboard frames for Budweiser and Bud Light, Coors, McDonald’s, S.C. Johnson, and State Farm to name a few.

Michael has also worked with Johns Hopkins University, designing and illustrating visuals for their law and medical on-line courses.

With a variety of styles, from quick sketches to a more finished look, Michael will be sure to produce visuals that will fit your needs.
